To update your company’s information on Codebie, follow these steps:

1. Click the gear icon in the top navigation bar to open Settings.

2. From the sidebar, go to Company → General Settings.

On this page, you can update:

• Your company logo

• Your company name

• Your URL-friendly identifier

Important:

If you change your company’s URL identifier, any previously shared Git URLs will stop working.

• Task Git URLs will no longer work

• Assessment Git URLs will no longer work

Code Review Settings

In Codebie, reviewers can always choose whether their comments and reviews are visible to the candidate.

The setting called “Code reviews are public by default.” controls the default visibility option in the review form.

If this is turned off, the visibility toggle will be set to private by default — but reviewers can still choose to make their reviews public for each submission.

This setting gives your team flexibility while allowing you to define the default behavior.

Notification Settings

By default, Codebie sends a notification to the candidate when their assessment is closed.

If you don’t want candidates to receive this notification, you can turn off the option:

“Notify the candidate when their assessment has been closed.”

Once disabled, closing an assessment will not trigger any notification to the candidate.
