Selecting the responsible employees

Not every employee in your company wants to be notified about every task. Responsible employees are the team members who will receive notifications about candidate activity for a specific task.

This doesn't restrict access — all staff can still view tasks and participate in code reviews or assessments. It simply controls who receives notifications.

For example, your frontend developers won't get alerts about infrastructure-related tasks unless they're explicitly assigned as responsible.

How to Assign or Update

You can select responsible employees when creating a task, or update them afterward:

1. Open the task detail page
2. Navigate to the Responsible Employees tab
3. Select or deselect staff as needed
4. Click Save
