Responsible employees are team members designated to oversee a particular task. They don't receive elevated access or special privileges — they simply receive notifications about candidate activity related to their assigned task.
This helps reduce unnecessary alerts. For example, your frontend developers won't get updates about backend tasks unless they're marked as responsible.
You can assign or modify responsible employees at any point through the task settings.
