When reviewing code, you can designate each comment as either public or private:
- Public comments are shown to candidates, but only after the assessment is closed
- Private comments stay internal within your team
All reviews are anonymous from the candidate's perspective. They never see names, emails, or titles — only generic identifiers like "Anonymous Superman."
