If you've decided to stop using Codebie, you can permanently delete your company account. This action removes all company data, including tasks, assessments, employees, and billing details. The deletion is permanent and irreversible.
How to delete your company
- Navigate to Company settings
- Locate the Danger zone section in the sidebar
- Find the Delete your company option at the bottom
- Click the Delete company button
- Confirm the decision in the modal
That's it — your company account and all related data will be permanently removed from Codebie.
What happens when you delete your company
- Your active subscription is canceled immediately
- All tasks, assessments, and employee data are permanently deleted
- Billing history and invoices become inaccessible
- This action cannot be undone
Tip: If you're unsure whether to delete your company, you can always downgrade to the Free plan first. This lets you stop paying while keeping access to your data.
